2. Description of Service

GlassBox is an algorithmic stock prediction platform that provides:

• Weekly stock direction predictions using machine learning models
• Historical track record and performance metrics
• Entry/exit price suggestions and position sizing guidance
• Educational content about our methodology

3. Not Financial Advice

You acknowledge that:

• All investment decisions are made solely by you
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing: The Service is offered at €2.99 per week, billed weekly.

Billing: Subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring weekly charges until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the Service (access to weekly predictions), refunds are generally not provided. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues that prevent access to the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our predictions
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer our prediction models
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, models, algorithms, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of GlassBox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLASSBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses or investment damages
• Decisions made based on our predictions
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Inaccuracies in predictions or data
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The accuracy or reliability of predictions
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That predictions will result in profits
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
